How To: Hide That Greasy Hair!

Hey Everyone! This post will be on a bunch of tips on how to hide greasy hair. And I know that every girl gets greasy hair and may get teased about it, or maybe they just don't want to see it there. It isn't good to wash your hair everyday because it takes away your natural oils, and you want to keep those! So, here are some tips on how to hide your greasy hair.

1. Baby Powder is you BFF... Pour some baby powder on your hand, and start massaging it into your hair. Most girls have greasy hair by their roots, so that is where you want to focus on putting the powder. This hides your greasy hair and it also doesn't take away your natural oils. What I like to do, is once I massage it into my hair, I like to put my blow dryer on low, and give it a quick blow. This spreads it out all over your hair on where you need it. If you have dark brown or black hair, I wouldn't recommend this because you will probably be able to see the powder in your hair, no matter how much you massage it in. So this tip is probably best for girls with light brown or blonde hair.

2. Put your hair up in a pony tail and add a colorful headband. The colorful headband draws the attention away from the greasy hair. Make sure that it's not a head band that has the 'spikes' that separate your hair, because this will cause an even more greasy look.

3. Don't use a comb on your hair. This will separate your hair and make it look even more greasy than it is. I would suggest using a soft bristled brush instead of a brush that has the bristles with the balls on the end, because those also make your hair look greasier.

4. Braid your hair and add an accessory. I like to use a clip-in flower.

5. If you're not in school, wear a hat.

I hope that these helped! If I figure out more tips and ideas, I will write them on this post.

Happy Spring!
