-Okay, so when I step into the shower, the first thing I do is get my hair wet. Then, I will start washing it. How I wash it:
_I shampoo first. I pour about a quarter-size amount onto my hand, and then I massage it all over my head, making sure that I massage the scalp as well.
_Next, I wash it out and pretend that I'm actually washing it in, so I'm using the same process, except I'm washing it out. (does that make sense?)
_Now, my hair is completely rinsed from the shampoo, and I can move onto the conditioner. I take about a dime-sized amount onto my hand and put it onto my hair. I do not put it on the top of my head because it will make my hair greasy. I only apply the conditioner all over the hair that is just below my ears. I massage it onto my ends to protect them from damage.
_Next, I rinse out my conditioner thoroughly. -Now, I am out of the shower and I have combed my hair through with a wide-tooth comb because if I brush it, more hair will fall out. The first thing that I do after I comb my hair out, is apply a heat protectant. This will protect my hair from any heat damage.
_Next, I blow dry my hair. I do not section off pieces because my hair only takes about 5 minutes to dry if I'm using a blow dryer.
_Once I'm done blow drying, I will add more heat protectant all over my hair because I usually use a hair straightener. When I apply heat protectant, I usually add more to my ends because that is where my hair needs the most protection.
_Next, I will straighten my hair. I usually section off my hair because u have somewhat frizzy/coarse hair. It can't straighten in just 5 streaks.
I hope that these tips helped you with your hair! Good luck with healthier, happier hair! :)
